Twelve weeks of clinical curriculum designed as a step-by-step instructional guide for delivering a successful, trauma-focused, outdoor group therapy program that covers; outdoor safety protocols, field skills (environmental awareness, fire, shelter etc.), theories in behavioral psychology, teaching skills in mindfulness, relationship with the land, community-building, resilience and distress tolerance. (Lessons for each week are organized in a binder, printed on weather resistant paper stock and designed to be removeable for field use)
